WHAT'S GOING ON

We've searched for a way to share our situation with you in the most professional and coherent way possible.  But hard situations aren't always pretty or eloquent to explain.  If you've purchased from us in the past, you know we deliver a high level of quality and most of all, that we're real people.  We're not faceless sellers on Amazon or unoriginal manufacturers just trying to make a buck. 

We are not closing our business, but we are facing some set backs.  For almost 3 years we've experienced a sharp decline in sales.  This has led Jason to take on every role in the shop.  Once only doing production, he now does finishing, shipping, customer service and all other logistics and administrative work.  Since adding another child to our family this past year, it's clear that my role in our business is now just to support Jason.  To take care of our families needs, mortgage, utilities, etc., Jason made the tough decision to take on a standard day job.  He has been juggling this day job (Divider Records has supported us for the past 7 years as our sole income) with Divider Records orders and it all has become too much to handle. 

Some options come to mind to keep Divider Records trucking, but honestly, we are worn out.  We will not be taking orders until further notice.  Jason is working hard to finish all orders from 2024 and he will ship them out as soon as they are complete while trying to keep everyone properly updated.  

Until we decide a few things, we will pause on orders.  If you are interested in purchasing we will gladly put you on a wait list and contact you when we have the capacity to create again, most likely mid year 2025.
