Shipping policy

All items are made to order.  Once the item(s) in your order are completed they ship from our wood shop in Sugarcreek, Ohio.  Turn around times are listed in every product listing.  General times are listed below:

Racks: 3-4 weeks
Ledges: 3-4 weeks (exception: single ledges and album stands 3-5 days)
Consoles: 12-16 weeks
Accessories: 1-3 days

After items are completed, given the above times, we package and ship the item(s).  You will receive an auto tracking confirmation email.  Carriers are typically as follows:

UPS: Consoles, Racks, some ledges
Priority Mail 1-3 Day: Most ledge orders, accessories, some 7" racks

If you package appears lost or is taking exponentially longer than normal, please reach out to brit@divider-records.com.

At the moment, we have closed International Sales.  They will reopen soon but we have no set date.  

Please understand, due to the nature of a family owned business who sources local, we have many variables.  

We try our hardest to work within the given turn around times to get your item(s) to you as quickly as possible.  There have been some inconsistencies with our suppliers and can lead to delays. Considering our small of Jason and Shaun running production and finishing, we can fall easily behind if there is a family sickness, vacation leave, etc.  We appreciate your support and understanding of our small business. If your item is running behind, Jason will email.  You are also welcomed to reach out regarding the status of your order.  

Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.  After 24 hours we do no accept order cancellations.
