Refund policy

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our made to order products, we do not accept returns.  However if you are not pleased with your product and present your case in a detailed way we will direct you how to return the item or amend any problem. We do want to accommodate you and make sure you are happy with your purchase and your experience with Divider Records/Pratherteam LTD.

To be eligible for a return, your item must make it back to us in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Returns are also subject to a 10% return fee.

To start a return, you can contact us at brit@divider-records.com.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Contact us with photos of packaging and the damaged item. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom items or gift cards.  Return/Exchanges are accepted for damaged products.  Proof of damage, including packaging must be emailed within 7 days of receiving item.


Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product, please contact us. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have at your expense, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.   Please note all exchanges and returns will be addressed on a case by case basis.


Refunds
Refunds apply to damaged returns.  Other refunds for undamaged returns will be subject to a 10% fee.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.  After 24 hours we do no accept order cancellations.
